After appearing in the 2003 University of Winnipeg workshop production of Strike!, Winnipeg's Cory Woycik is thrilled to return to the musical as Mike Sokolowski. Previous theatre credits include: November (WJT), Peter Pan, Wizard of OZ (Rainbow Stage), Head: The Musical, A Midsummer's Night's Dream (SIR), Urinetown (Drycold), Munschapalooza (PTE). Writing Credits: LondonTown (White Rabbit). Film credits: Wild Cherry (Farpoint) and Less Than Kind (Buffalo Gals). Enjoy the show!

Erin is extremely proud to be returning to the cast of Strike! and such a valuable piece of Winnipeg history. Other selected theatre credits include; My Fair Lady (WCT), Winter’s Tale (Tom-Tom), Othello (SIR), Age of Arousal (Theatre Projects Manitoba), Seussical (WCT), Still Desire You (ATP), The Real Thing (MTC),The Universal Wolf (Wpg Fringe Fest), The Skinny Lie (MTYP), Little Women and Cheatin' Hearts (VPP), Cowgirls (The Georgian Theatre Festival), Peter Pan (TNB), The Mystery of Edwin Drood , and Les Belles Soeurs (The Annex Theatre). Erin is a graduate of the Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts in Toronto.

Jeremy is thrilled to be joining the cast of Strike! and is very proud to be part of such a great production! Hailing from Neepawa, Manitoba, Jeremy recently moved to Winnipeg and trained at the Academy of Acting for Film and Television. Some of his credits include Matthew in Altar Boyz (Winnipeg Studio Theatre), Roger in Rent (Academy of Acting). Look for him also this summer in the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as Leaf Coneybear (Winnipeg Studio Theatre). In his spare time, Jeremy works as a musician, playing piano, guitar and drums.

Simon trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and Grant MacEwan College. He works as a director, music director, vocal coach, drama tutor, choreographer and workshop Leader in Canada and the U.K. He is currently the Associate Artistic Director with White Rabbit Productions. Favorite performances include: The Opera Singer in To the Country (Winnipegger Ensemble), Abe in Altar Boyz (WST), Mark in Londontown (WR), Sparky in Forever Plaid (Rainbow), Bullfrog in Honk (MTYP), Jack Pointe in Yeomen of the Guard (G&S), Brian in Elegies for Angels Punks and Raging Queens and Leo Frank in Parade. Tom Keenan is a Winnipeg actor and musician. He has worked with most of this city's major theatre companies, and has toured productions throughout Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Recent screen credits include House Party (Comedy Network), Less Than Kind (HBO Canada), and the lead role in Sean Garrity's feature film Zooey and Adam. He has recently released an album of his songs, entitled Romantic Fitness. He would like to dedicate this performance to his Mum and brother Mike. You be able to identify them in the audience by their fists raised in solidarity.

Andrea is delighted to be returning for her second annual Strike!. A graduate of the Theatre program at the University of Winnipeg, Andrea has had the pleasure of performing on a number of Winnpeg stages, including PTE in Munsch Ado About Nothing and MTYP with Rich. She is also a longtime member of Winnipeg's musical improv troupe, "Outside Joke". Since last being seen in Strike!, Andrea has made the big city move to Toronto, where she has joined the stellar improv company "Ghost Jail" in its third season. Andrea is excited to be home for the summer performing this wonderful show with such a hilarious and fun company. Andrea dedicates her performance to her Grandma.

Melanie first played Mrs. Ashdown in the 2005 premiere of Strike! and reprised the role in last year’s production. She delighted in the opportunity to play Margaret in Dry Cold Production’s offering The Light in the Piazza this past spring. She has performed with Dry Cold before as Sarah in Sondheim’s Company, as Josephine Strong in Urinetown and in Nine, Into the Woods, She Loves Me and A Little Night Music. Other recent shows include The Full Monty and The Sound of Music for Rainbow Stage. Melanie values the opportunity to remember our shared Winnipeg history through story and song, and dedicates this performance to her own Emma and Andrew.

This is Steven's first appearance in Strike! He is an in-demand actor with credits with virtually every Winnipeg company, including The Light in the Piazza, Urinetown (Dry Cold), Last Man in Puntarenas (Theatre Projects Manitoba), Dionysus in Stony Mountain (Winnipeg Fringe), It’s a Wonderful Life, Glengarry Glen Ross, Our Town (MTC), Philadelphia Story (MTC/TC) Essay, Russian Play, Broken Glass, Einstein’s Gift, Funny Girl, Anne Frank and Me (WJT), Troilus and Cressida, Measure for Measure (TomTom Theatre), Head (SIR), Girl in a Goldfish Bowl (PTE/Belfry), Molly’s Veil (PTE), Forever Yours, Marie-Lou, The Zoo Story, Ashes to Ashes (Master Playwrights Festival).

David Playfair has had leading roles in the Toronto and touring companies of The Phantom of the Opera, the Stratford and Shaw Festivals, Opera Atelier and Opera Ora in Toronto, the Kennedy Centre in Washington, D.C., the National Arts Centre in Ottawa, and Broadway. Favourite opera roles include Thomas’s Hamlet, Valentin in Gounod’s Faust, and Pelléas in Debussy’s Pelléas et Mélisande. David has sung with many orchestras and chamber ensembles, including Toronto Consort, Tafelmusik, the St. Lawrence String Quartet, the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra, and the Penderecki String Quartet. A vocologist and vocal pedagogue, David is currently Voice Professor at Brandon University where he brings a synthesis of science and art to his students’ development.

Arne MacPherson is a Winnipeg-based actor and director. He has been seen at the Manitoba Theatre Centre (including performing the title role in the world premiere of Shakespeare’s Dog at MTC and the National Arts Centre), the Winnipeg Jewish Theatre , Shakespeare In the Ruins , Prairie Theatre Exchange and Theatre Projects Manitoba. Directing projects include The Threepenny Opera for MTC, many productions for SIR (including the world premiere of Head), PTE, and Theatre Projects Manitoba. Arne’s favourite theatrical experiences were Candy From A Baby and Molotov Circus, the shows he did with his partner Deb Patterson and their kids Gislina and Solmund. Molotov Circus will be mounted in August at Toronto’s Summerworks festival. Arne has served as member of the curatorial committee for Nuna(now) for four years. He recently began work on an international co-production with artists from Iceland and Canada.

Derek is excited to be appearing in Strike! after being a part of the original workshop of the musical at the University of Winnipeg, where he studied theatre for five years. Since then, he has enjoyed performing in many other theatre productions in Winnipeg including Bloodless: The Trial of Burke and Hare, Lucrezia Borgia (White Rabbit/CMTDG), Company, Assassins (Dry Cold), Oedipus Rex, The Two Gentlemen Of Verona (Theatre By The River), Patience, Yeomen of the Guard (Wpg. G&S Soc.), The Full Monty (Rainbow Stage), Pride and Prejudice (MTC). Derek also sings in the local a cappella group called "Those Guys".

Montana Lehmann’s first theatre performance was in 2006 with the Winnipeg Fringe Festival show Once Upon a Canada (Janna Larson). Montana has since performed in several shows including Alice in Wonderland (Brenda Gorlick’s Young Stars), A Midsummer’s Night Dream (MTYP-Theatre School) and The Lion King & The Little Mermaid (Junior Musical Theatre Company). Montana’s professional debut began in 2007 with Honk! The Musical (MTYP). In 2009, Montana had the opportunity to travel to New York City and perform in an off-Broadway show called The Little Match Box Girl (JMTC). Montana is also the proud recipient of the Winnipeg Music Festival’s 2010 Rainbow Stage Trophy and Scholarship. Montana is excited to be back for her second year “Striking” once again with this wonderful cast and crew.

Hailey’s first musical theatre performance was at age five in Clowning Around. In 2009, Hailey had the privilege of performing in the first annual production of Strike! She is currently twelve years old and a member of Brenda Gorlick’s Young Stars who are performing in Thoroughly Modern Millie and will appear at Walt Disney World in Florida. Hailey has performed in The Ever After-The Musical, Follow That Rabbit, Trial of the Big Bad Wolf, and Clowns. She has several years of dance instruction and studied acting with MTYP. Hailey is elated for the opportunity to Strike! once again.

Savannah Rae Boyko is a 15-year-old singer, songwriter, actor and dancer. She is so excited to work with the amazing cast of Strike! again. She recently performed as the lead Millie in Thoroughly Modern Millie at Disney, Orlando, Florida and Canwest Centre for Theatre & Film (Brenda Gorlick's Young Stars). Prior credits include: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Gas Station Theatre), Seussical The Musical (Young Stars), Will Work for Home (MTYP's Aboriginal Arts Program), Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Rainbow Stage), Once Upon a Canada (Winnipeg Fringe Festival) TV credits include: YTV's The Next Star, (Canadian Top Twelve), CMT's/YTV's Karaoke Star Jr. as a featured performer. Her recording credits include K-Tel's Mini-Pops Albums III and IV and Rainbow Stage's Anniversary Album. Savannah is currently working on her first album. Enjoy the show!

Kira is honoured to be a returning member of the Strike! chorus. Currently a student at Niverville Collegiate, she enjoys participating in sports, drama and band. Her theatre experience includes roles in Thoroughly Modern Millie (Dorothy Brown) and Seussical the Musical (Mrs. Mayor) with Brenda Gorlick's Young Stars, Anne of Green Gables with NKCP, and You Can't Take it With You (Mrs. Kirby) with Niverville Collegiate. Kira will appear in Manitoba Opera's 2010 production of Carmen. She would like to thank Laurel Fast, her voice teacher, and Brenda Gorlick, for igniting her passion for musical theatre.

Devon has been acting with Manitoba Theatre for Young People and school productions since the age of five. Most recently, Devon appeared in MTYP's musical Sleepy Hollow and 2009’s production of Willy Wonka. Devon was the recipient of the 2009 Silver Medal for Gr.9 piano. He also plays drums, trumpet, bass and guitar and performs with the East Side Jazz Band and the Provincial Senior Honour Band. Devon is the lead guitarist, vocalist and composer for his band KOBALT, which has performed numerous shows throughout Manitoba, including: Canada Day at Scotia Bank Stage, The Burton Cummings Theatre, The Park Theatre and the Fringe Festival. This 6’2 fourteen-year-old is thrilled to have the opportunity to perform in Strike! once again!

Tiera is delighted to have the opportunity to be in this summer's production of Strike! Most recently, she was seen in the Canadian premiere of 13 - The Musical (Patrice) and The After Dinner Joke (Selby) with Grant Park High School. Tiera is a proud member of Junior Musical Theatre Company. With JMTC, she has appeared in a variety of productions including Into the Woods (Bakers Wife), Wicked/The Wizard of Oz (Elphaba), and Willy Wonka (Veruca Salt). In 2009, JMTC traveled to New York City where Tiera made her off-Broadway debut in a production of The Little Matchbox Girl. Other credits include Carmina Burana (WSO) and CBC Radio's Musical News. Tiera would like to say thank you to all of her friends and family who have supported her throughout the years.

Fifteen-year-old Patrick Cameron has been performing for the last ten years and never wants to stop. In 2008, Patrick discovered his love for the world of musical theatre and is now hooked! His first professional show was in 2002 with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet's production of Anna Karenina. He has also performed in the RWB's Nutcracker from 2002-2005 as well as in two films by Vonnie Von Helmet (Tu Tu Much and Ballet Girls.) He is super excited to take part in his first production of Strike!.
